What is an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)?
The estimated delivery date is the day when an order will be delivered to the customer.
How long does it take FenixCommerce to implement the Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) feature?
Fenix has out of the box integration with Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. For merchants on these platforms, we can implement Fenix EDDs in 2 weeks.
For other platforms and custom eCommerce storefronts, it may take up to 4 weeks to go live with Fenix EDDs.
Does Fenix calculate EDDs for all shipping options?

Can I set different package pickup times for different carrier services?

Can I disable a specific carrier if I have stopped using them?

Yes, you can configure the time zone for every fulfillment location. FenixCommerce will calculate the delivery estimates accordingly.
Can I choose the date format of delivery estimates displayed to the shoppers?
Yes, you can select the delivery date format from the business console.
I have a few products that take additional time to assemble before they can be shipped. Can FenixCommerce handle additional processing time for specific products?
Yes, you can set lead time in days for specific products on the Products screen in the business console. FenixCommerce will accommodate this lead time while calculating the delivery estimates for the product.
Does FenixCommerce show delivery estimates for out of stock SKUs?
Yes, delivery estimates can also be displayed for out of stock products. You will have to configure the “Future Available Date” for the SKUs from the Inventory screen in the business console.
Fenix will calculate the estimated delivery date by taking into account the future availability date of the SKU.
