Yes. The Fenix Business Console allows you to vary the process times by day for several Fulfillment steps including pick/pack times and carrier pick-up schedules. Each Fulfillment location can be set up with individual times for these processes and you can change each one, on-the-fly, directly in the Business Console. The new times are incorporated, in real-time, into Fenix’s delivery date calculations and can just as easily & quickly be changed back.

For the Shopify IDP app–assuming the merchant maintains this data in Shopify–this data is incorporated into the IDP via Shopify webhooks.

For all other eCommerce platforms, this data is provided by the merchant in .csv files via Secure FTP (SFTP) or via FenixCommerce APIs.

For all eCommerce platforms, the IDP Business Console can be used to input and/or maintain this data, and the FenixCommerce Client Support team is available to assist.

For the Shopify IDP app–assuming the merchant maintains this data in Shopify–this data is incorporated into the IDP via Shopify webhooks.

For all other eCommerce platforms, this data is provided by the merchant in .csv files via Secure FTP or via FenixCommerce APIs.

For any merchant that maintains this data in an ERP (including Shopify merchants), the transfer mechanism will be FenixCommerce APIs or periodic .csv file uploads via Secure FTP.

The IDP’s view of Inventory data is always available via the Business Console.

For all eCommerce platforms, the IDP Business Console can be used to view or update the IDP’s view of this data, and the FenixCommerce Client Support team is available to assist.

For the Shopify IDP app this data is incorporated into the IDP via Shopify webhooks and updated in real time; in fact, the IDP monitors fulfillment events sent by Shopify and can flag orders that are not moving through the fulfillment process in a way that will allow them to be delivered by the IDP’s Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). For these orders the IDP can be configured to automatically upgrading the shipping method so that the EDD is achieved, in order to avoid customer disappointment over a late delivery.

For all other eCommerce platforms, this more transactional data is obtained via FenixCommerce APIs or can be frequently transfered using .csv files via Secure FTP.

Not currently, but this is on our roadmap and for clients with specific needs in this area we are happy to explore accelerating roll-out of the functionality.
