These carriers’ APIs are integrated with the IDP and can be queried in real-time using shopper and inventory zip codes, and package weights and dimensions whenever a shopper lands on a product, cart, or checkout page.
Yes, the IDP will automatically determine packages that trigger dimensional pricing according to each carrier’s specific rules/dim weight divisors and will return the correct dimensional price for these shipments.
Yes, the IDP includes any relevant surcharges in the ship cost it calculates for a given shipment, carrier, and service level.

For any of the long list of carriers we integrate with (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and a constantly-growing list of local/regional carriers), you can enter your account information and the IDP will use it when retrieving rates to ensure that you are getting your negotiated rates. If we do not currently support a carrier you have an account with, let us know and we can evaluate it for integration.
