Baloo Living Upgrades Their Delivery With Fenix Commerce EDD

Baloo Living sells eco-friendly, luxury weighted blankets made with lead-free microbeads and certified natural materials. Recently, Baloo wanted to improve product delivery and provide shoppers with smarter Delivery Dates, while optimizing logistics for two US-based warehouses.
Baloo discovered FenixCommerce and its capability to use real-time inventory availability and location as well as carrier performance to optimize the best Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) for online customers, pre-purchase.

Originally, Baloo chose Fenix for its EDD functionality. However, they also found significant benefits in how Fenix manages order fulfillment by applying buffer times based on product & location. Baloo worked with Fenix developers to create order tagging for warehouse identification and availability.

A 3rd warehouse was recently added for personalizing Baloo products, requiring additional processing time and inventory rules, all managed in Fenix.
